Today the city is holding a lottery to settle a few conflicting requests to protest downtown at the City Park during the Republican National Circus. In fact it has been held as of 10AM, and methinx perhaps it was more akin to an auction, but then me is paranoid. Innit? No announcement of who the lucky winner is yet.
