ACLU Seminar Aug 7: The RNC And Your Freedom Of Speech

ACLU to hold Tampa forum on free speech and the RNC Tampa


The American Civil Liberties Union will hold a forum on
free speech and the Republican National Convention. The event is scheduled
for Tuesday, Aug. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the University of Tampa's Reeves
Theater in the Vaughn Center.

Law Enforcement and Public Safety Agencies Announce Security Restrictions and Transportation Plan for the 2012 Republican National Convention

The 2012 Republican National Convention (RNC) will be held in Tampa, Florida from August 26-30, 2012.  Security and transportation plans for the convention and its events have been developed by a partnership of local, state and federal law enforcement and public safety agencies.  The plans along with other City services information are available online at www.tampagov.net/RNC.
